By accessing and using AquaStake, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. \ **Platform Currency** AquaStake operates using various cryptocurrencies, including AQUA,sAQUA, ETH, USDC, USDT, and TAO, for staking, lending, and borrowing purposes.\ \- The currencies used as collateral are AQUA and sAQUA\ \- Lending currencies are ETH, USDC, and USDT\ \- Borrowing currencies are USDC,USDT, TAO and ETH\ \- Staking currency is AQUA \ **Decentralized Nature** AquaStake is a completely decentralized platform, meaning it operates without a central authority or intermediary. Users interact directly with smart contracts on the blockchain. \ **Access Limitations** Access to AquaStake may be restricted based on jurisdictional regulations. Users are prohibited from accessing the platform if they are citizens or residents of jurisdictions where the use of AquaStake is prohibited by law. \ **Terms Awareness** Users must carefully review and understand the terms and conditions governing their use of AquaStake.
